Reviews and Ratings
We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and offered good value, and the staff truly tried their best to accommodate us. However, the resort was clearly under-resourced, resulting in long wait times and a chaotic breakfast situation. While the amenities for kids were decent, the service and cleanliness of some areas left much to be desired.
We had a satisfactory stay at the hotel with spacious accommodations and a nice atmosphere. The facilities were quite good, especially for family activities, though some aspects like the service at dining could use improvement. Overall, it felt more like a service apartment than a resort, but we enjoyed our time there.
I had a wonderful getaway at the resort, enjoying the spacious and clean studio suite. The location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby dining options and entertainment. While the food at the hotel could use some improvement and was a bit pricey, the overall experience, particularly the clean facilities, was very satisfying. However, some amenities like the broken toilet door and lack of toiletries were small downsides.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the resort. The staff were genuinely trying to be helpful, and I appreciated the spacious rooms and family-friendly amenities. However, the service was overwhelmed, especially during busy times, leading to some frustrating experiences. Additionally, the dining options were chaotic and could use some improvement.
I had a decent stay overall, where the staff showed great dedication, especially Ms. Puvana, who explained the swimming pool rules very well. The room was clean and comfortable, and the variety of swimming pools was fantastic for kids. However, my experience with the room booking wasn't ideal, as the studio suite only comfortably fit two people, despite the website stating it could fit three. Also, there were some issues with towel provisions that led to a frustrating exchange with the staff.
